Tom Venuto is a genuine weight loss guru. It's not surprising, therefore, that his "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" publication is one of the best diet programs I've reviewed in a long, long, time.

As good as it is though, it can be a little overwhelming at times, because it is quite lengthy and it does discuss advanced strategies and techniques.

If you don't have the time or the inclination to devote the time necessary to get through an intensive, but high value publication, you probably won't want to look any closer at Burn The Fat. But if you do, boy oh boy, this is a good one...

Fat Loss For Idiots

Despite the name, it's not a diet for idiots. It's a very simple, "no fuss, no muss" protocol based on some sound dieting principles; calorie and carbohydrate restriction as well as calorie and nutrient cycling.

But the best part is that this "cool stuff" is all "hidden under the hood" so to speak; you never see any of it, nor do you have to read reams of information to understand why or how it works.

Yes, tht's despite the fact that everyone and his or her dog seems to be aggressively promoting this product, this is one of my least favorite diets - at least out of the ones I've reviewed over the last 6-12 months.
